Hunting
In the Karlovy Vary Region there is a number of huntsman´s associations which provide for commercial hunting. Under the Regulation no. 245 on the hunting seasons of particular species of deer of Ministry of Agriculture hunting is limited.
The following deer is hunted for commercial purposes:

Prices of commercial hunting are defined by every huntsman´s association and are determined according to the weight of the trophy or a point score.
There are some examples of commercial hunting prices. Prices are per piece including transportation to the place and a company.
Roebuck - € 250,-
Red deer / fallow deer - € 500,-
Wild boar - € 250,-
The following deer is hunted for commercial purposes:
- common roebuck
- European red deer
- axis fallow deer
- common mouflon
- feathered ground game - the following belong to this category - common pheasant, royal pheasant or wild duck
- furred ground game - the following belong to this category - wild boar, field hare or field fox
